It's pretty far down on the page, so I suggest doing a word search for "manuscript," which should take you right to it.

Hmmm... a chance to deliver a work in person, and perhaps discuss it just a tad with those who would sit in judgement... interesting indeed. Perhaps it is time I get off my posterior and make some things happen...
