Well, it depends what you're hoping to play, but my immediate instinct would be to send you after the "sourcebook" books. Dragons and Gods, Monsters & Animals, and Library of Bletherad make great additions to any larger campaign.

I agree with Jeremiah, though I would say Monsters and Animals, Dragons and Gods, and Library of Bletherad, in that order of importance... Library of Bletherad is probably the coolest, but the other two are a lot more important/foundational.

I would recomend these four.
1. Monsters and animals
2. Western emp.
3. Library of Bletherad
4. dragons and gods

I say go with Dragons & Gods, Monster and Animals, and Mount Nimro.

For two to three books on your list, I'd have to second this recommendation.

Monsters and Animals and Dragons and Gods
Both are very worth it, and have world wide information. I'd also say Western Empire, but it seems to still be backordered (Grrrr, Must, Buy, Western Empire!), so then my third vote goes to the Hinterlands.

Library of Bletherad, Monsters and Animals are a MUST. Corner stones of most campaigns I run. As to the third book...........Western Empire is quite good, Nimro Kingdom is also cool, and even Norther Hinterland is interesting. Avoid Island at the Edge of the World.

1. Dragons & Gods
2. Northern Hinterlands
3. Libaray of Bletherad
While Monsters & Animals isn't listed it's helpful.. But lots of the monsters are also listed in those books as well..
Also Dragons & Gods also has all of the listings for elementals.. So if you really wanna get the most outta your warlock characters then that book is a necessity.

Well, so far D&G, M&A, and LoB have the most recommendations, with Western Empire coming in at fourth.

I have alot of reading ahead of me
. I contemplated getting Monster's and Animals it just wasn't interesting enough for me. I wanted more world info rather than animal and monster stats. Worst case scenario for monsters is that I make up the stats.
That is a good set of books you just picked up. I don't think you'll regret any of them.

Actually, M&A has quite a bit of world information in it, if you know where to look.

Not too mention the recap of the notes about the Palladium world, list of monster common to a particular region, and the miscellaneous notes in the description of various monsters and animals. PLUS there's an added bonus of actually getting the prices for horses (too bad you have to also get ET to get the price of tack).
