Do the Kittani knuckle-walk?

Well, do they? The books never say for sure, just that they have 6 fingers.
But if they are decended from intelligent apes, could they not, if felt good, walk like silverback Apes?

I'd say no.
They are much to sophisticated to drag their knuckles.
Furthermore, knuckle dragging is a characteristic of Earth apes...for all we know, an alien ape equivalent wouldn't drag its knuckles.
The Kittani are a highly evolved ape right? Well so are we....yet we don't drag our knuckles (well, most of us don't
). Same difference.
Just my two cents.

Plus their PAs also suggest otherwise (Manling, Serpent, Equestrian).
Earth primates walk on their knuckles, because of their
relatively long arms. Yet, some fossils suggest, that there
were humaniods on our planet, which (or who) walked
upright, and yet had body hair and ape-like face...

Dude, you didn't even need that disclaimer, I would have known you were only doing a "good-natured kidding"
On a side note: I've been letting my facial hair grown out again...if it gets any longer people will be calling me Ayatollah Josh.

I guess they don't: the power armour design is pretty telling.
Still, it would be cool if they did... you know, just to make then aliens, and not people who look like monkies.

Wouldn't them knuckle walking make them MORE like people that look like monkies?

Not when you consider that every humaniod race in the Megaverse apparently walks completely upright.
What are the odds?

Kreeghor don't, that's one.
There are a few others too, though I can't think of them at the moment.
Eitherway, upright races ae the VAST majority.

Here comes the description, why a technologically advanced
race have to have at least one pair of appendages, with
fine manipulation abilities - and knuckle-walking hands
do not mix well with assembling microelectronics, for
example.

Thus, they are humanoid... nae some other-oid.

The Hawrk races seemed to be kinda slouched. But hey, is there any real problems with them going the route of most being humanoid? I kinda prefer that to the settings where there are as many blob races as there are humanoid ones.

Races that Knuckle Walk or otherwise don't walk upright/slouch:
Kreeghor
Grimbor
Hawrk-Ohl
Nm'byr Gorilla Men
Tarlok (Tarbull)
Nazeer
Seekers (or whatever you call those brutish things from Mindwerks).
(some) CS Mutant Apes & Monkies
Dark Hounds
Mountain Giants (I think they do).
To be fixed/amended/added later.

The Mountain Giants just seemed to be crouched over, not slouched. The ones from the US West book right?

Yes.
But I assume that from the enormous size of their hands that they would slouch, if not knuckle walk.
...though I may be wrong.

It's not just the arms but the hip structure in apes that require them to knuckle walk. While a chimp can and does walk bipedally it's in a hip throwing motion as opposed to our even gait. And if you want to get ape looking humanioids who walk on 2 feet, the
Australopithecus species fits the bill. Granted they had a brain pan the size of chimps too, but we know from footprints found in Volcanic Ash that they did walk upright.

I have a mental image of a Kittani starship bridge, the captain's chair replaced with a tractor trye hanging from the ceiling, the captain slowly spinning barking out orders.... His number two on grooming duty.
