I'd say its in another dimension entirely.
But if you want to have Earth in the same universe as Phase World.... then several hundred thousand light years. The next closest galaxy is 300,000 light years away.

I suppose it depends on which earth you are referring to? Rifts Earth is in another dimension. There are earths in the Three Galaxies, but none that are from sol. If I recall correctly.

Dimensional travel or "Rifting" would be much more practical than trying to use starship drives.
Is this a general question or are you planning to have players travel the megaverse?

the closest triple galaxy like structure is in the Crab Nebula.

The Crab Nebula lies within the Milky Way Galaxy. Galaxies are found in pairs, trios, clusters, and all by themselves all over the universe.
The Phase World book itself states that the Three Galaxies are in a separate dimension entirely, which is kind of odd considering the vast stretches of our own dimension that were available to work with.

I meant in the Direction of the Crab nebula. Galactic Clusters are F'k far Away and millions of Light years from each other
