Martial Arts Costs for Non-Martial Artist OCCs

How long does a given martial art add to, say, a Wired Agent or an Operative agent? As a Primary Martial Art form, or as a secondary?

Agents don't get to pick a non exlusive martial art. otherwise it's normally handled.
Agents would far more likely trade Martial art feats for basic skill programs.

Yes, but what is "normally handled"?

Simple way to ask the question: My Operative Agent has learned Moo Gi Gong. How many years does he age from the OCC's base?

He ages teh standard amount for that Martial Art since it's his primary. He doesn't use the secondary time value since it's not a secondary martial art for him. That's only applicable in N&SS to the dedicated martial artist.

It counts as the first style learned by the character, hence, a primary martial art style.
