I use it any chance I get.
This is one of my favorite Palladium books, Fantasy or otherwise.

I had an entire part of a campain based around that book (lots of fun, stragetic sea battles the players commanded). Great book to use, plus some fun O.C.C's (come on, who doesn't want to be an acrobat?
).

I am actually coming up with a campaign in Rifts which will combine Rifts Underseas, PFRPG : High Seas, and the Coalition Navy sourcebook.

Mine's a 2nd printing, and it lists 2D4*10+PE, +2D6 per level.

It's my favourite Palladium book. I especially appreciated the Multi classing rules it introduced.

I was only a Rifts player till one day I was in a FLGS and I saw High Seas and Boxed Nightmares on the shelf. I asked the guy, will these work as add-ons for Rifts? At the time, I think either Africa or Triax was the newest Rifts book out.
He looked me straight in the eye and told me yes, they would work just fine with Rifts. He was
technically right, and made a Megaversal customer out of me. I've never used either of them for Rifts, though.

That's a good story.
Once a guy behind the desk said to me "Rifts and Palladium Fantasy mix like oil and water. Hahaha!"
