Google image search is not coming up with what I thought a Fangly Fish was supposed to be.

IIRC Rifter 29 has a few aquatic mutations and thier costs.

Other than that, find yourself a good deep sea fish site (I reccommend http://www.teachers.ash.org.au/jmresour ... tures.html) and use those stat bases.

Give the final product enough bio-E to make it SL 10, with full hands, speech, biped and looks.

Subtract 5 bio-E per attribute enhancement the thing has.

Add a list of purchasable abilities and drawbacks

Pretty simple. Though the ATB book deviates from this in a large number of cases.

I've never written them up as mutant animals, but my sea-going characters who can either control or communicate with such fish have interacted with them.
