How about the Invid Allasomorph Agent---A Protoculture/Flower-of-LIfe powered/fuelled shapeshifter...from simple shapeshifting and disguise to more radical environmental adaptation---a ruleof thumb, however, would be that the more radical/energetic the change, the more energy the Allasomorph must expend....for instance, shifting form to resemble a certain individual is fairly simple and can be maintained for hours, if not days....sudenly shifting to grow vacuum-proof armored shell-skin might burn up a half-cell's worth of Protoculture, and cost HALF of the Allasomorph's P.E. rating, limiting the endurance of the being in the short term....Adding other features, like juicing phsyical strength and speed, costs even more power and endurance, meaning that the Allasomorph can only maintain its uber-altered state for a limited time, before having to rest, feed, or risk collapsing back into its default form(a bipedal slug). With longer time to prepare for a change(like taking days to acclimate to living in a thin atmosphere, the Allasomorph can make a more gradual, and less strenuous, change and maintain it for far longer...

The idea here is to create a polymorphic Invid Werewolf---a being who can be the worst nightmare of the Invids' enemies, the worst nightmare of the Invid themselves(because they tend to go individual and break away from the Hive, but still need to eat FoL/Protoculture to sustain their powers), or both...renegade uber-changelings!

another idea...

Combat Lawyer OCC--- The web of treaties and agreements that hold the civilized worlds of the galaxy together(sort of) is written in blood and legalese---and the Combat Lawyers understand both like no other occupation. After the Zentraedi Rain of Death, when order broke down, and the mobs took advantage of the disorder to cull the lawyer population, the surviving members of the litigation class released that their profession was long overdue for some much needed reform, and thus the Great Re-Casing took place. What emerged was an order of professional scholar-soldiers as devoted to truth and justice as any CyberKnight or Justice Ranger, armed with a profound knowledge of the law, armored attache case, and concealed laser pistol. Combat Lawyers can disarm a tense situation by pointing out legal precedent, or with a witty and relevant qoute from the hallowed tomes of case history. They can spot loopholes in contracts that even a TVIA Inspector would be hardpressed to find...or they can write contracts that conceal enough legal contradictions as to protect the interests of their clients...Walking the fine line between crusader and conniver, Combat Lawyers maintain the grey fog that keeps the galaxy from polarizing into mutually antagonistic camps...And, mindful of the past, and in keeping with their name, Combat Lawyers are more than able to defend themselves with explosive throwing pens, energy derringers, and the secrets of office martial arts.

Brilliant. Similar to the Lawyer-Priest of Lopnel we made up for the Land of the South Winds.
