As for your idea, not really. Though the Riathenor are oddly similar to another species that shared screen time with Aliens.

No I understand rules are rules, but It would be interesting to see a HU/Batman conversion.

So I take it that the Riathenor are Pre****rs?

Sorry, this isn't Mutants and Masterminds -- HU only does 10% pastiche, instead of 95% :D

With that said, Riathenor's definitely fall under that 10%.

Treading on thin ice here people.

I would just sort of use the mutant insects from MiO - they come close enough to the concept while making it just a little bit different (like the whole scent thing vs. say, acidic blood...).
"Things aren't what they used to be" is the rallying cry of small minds. When men say things used to be better, they invariably mean they were better for them, because they were young, and had all their hopes intact. The world is bound to look a darker place as you slide into the grave.

there are also the grigsleapers from Rifts: New West, quite similar in outlook
In Aliens Unlimited there are the Liliamok vampire that is too quite close to the idea of xenomorphs
If you've PU2, you could easily use Eugenic to create your own acid blooded insectoid(an Alien Humanoid Insect Eugenic hero would do the sinful job)
Splugorth Conservators are too quite similar to a zenomoprh, but ehre i'm stretching the thing a bit.
that's all I could think , basing on the books I own.
