I like this concept a lot - I could see it being the basis for a symbiote type cult, with a megalo librarian at its head with his scarecrow high priests.
There's certainly stacks of potential for this OCC - If there's one area that Splicers needs fleshing out is the more civilian side of things like this.

I wrote this up after thinking about those 10,000 saints in Barren Marsh. Who were those people before they became saints? And who are the next 10,000 people who will be bonding to those symbiotes after they leave the saints? So I wanted an OCC that could become a saint, but might also be a match for a Librarian or Engineer, or conceivably even a scarecrow, although the skillset doesn't really match a scarecrow that much. *shrug* I figure that's just part of the general mind**** that goes along with drinking the elixir of life.
