New and used vehicles

What do you guys do for pricing vehicles (new or used) in this setting?

I started a new game this past weekend and just tossed the characters a used jeep for around 6,000 bucks. I didn't go into details on the vehicle as I wasn't sure if I should make it a refurbished pre-Crash vehicle or a used vehicle from one of Cardania's manufacturers (I have one named automotive manufaturer that appears in my games named Rhyno Automotive that makes landrover style all-terrain vehicles).
