Can anybody out there point me in the right direction in regards to Websites concerning Splicers or material including Splicers

Other than this site that is :-)

Rifter 30 and Rifter 32 have Splicers articles that add some excellent resources, foes and new elements to the setting. I also recommend digging through this forum going back into the early posts where people added some great ideas for new OCCs, creatures, bots and setting ideas.

EDIT: I have not seen any other forums discussion Splicers in much detail or any other resources.
