Why isn't there a "None of the Above" option?
Because it's a choice between the entries, both of them.

Why bother? Give "Wet Noodle" the comedy award, and "Wu-Tang Sword" the serious one and call it a day. Everybody wins and nobody really cares.

I vote the Way of the Wet Noodle!
Why?
Because it is similar in principle to Bibliokinetics; The Way of the Combat Librarianship--- a martial art developed by and for folks who don't have the opportunity to go on long, soul-searching, angst-filled, adventrous quests of self-enlightenment, personal boundary-pushing, and body-punishing, but still feel the need to do something to avoid being tagged as a weenie...

Than the Sage among his Books,

The Armies and Works that you hold Dear,
Are to him but the Playthings of the Moment,
To be turned over with the Flick of a Finger,
And the Turning of a Page"

I agree. Both are worthy of their own nods.
