I've played it a few ways, but the latest I liked the best. The players character had all the powers and abilities of a LLW, but gained their magic like a Mystic. To make it interesting I pretty much let him pick from any magic. He had a nice selection of spells, some good in combat, others were more utilitarian. His fav was water to wine, and I would let him dump extra P.P.E. into the wine to make better kinds. I also required him to take Brewing, but I digress from the original questions.

As for the Shifter, yes I would let them substitute the LLW powers for a shifters and keep the magic the same and acquired through a mystic means.

I do know of some GM's/players that made a super munchkin Silhouette by getting the LLW powers and taking the Shifter OCC. But they were power gamers and hey if they had fun, why not.

"As for the Shifter, yes I would let them substitute the LLW powers for a shifters and keep the magic the same and acquired through a mystic means." By keep the magic the same do you mean the magic under the R.C.C. or start off with the Shifter O.C.C. begining spells?

Vanion.

If going the Shifter route I would use the Shifter starting spells and ignore all the RCC stuff. Well expect maybe the base PPE :D

Well they would have some kind of superior nightvision. I'd probably say 4 to 5 times palladiums normal which is 90 feet, so 360 to 450 feet?

The Night Eyes cybernetic implant is 400 feet... I'd use that as my yardstick.

3. Can a Silhouette be a Techno Wizard? Their fluff text
definitely hints something similar...

Naw TW would be more common. TS are specialist in the UWW navy. But as a GM you could play it any way you want :P
