DVD confusion
As the title suggests, i am planning on getting the Robotech DVD's finally, after just getting shadow chronicles, now i thought that i knew which set to get, but when i look again i find that another three different sets have been realeased, so now i am back to square one. Before you had the 1-7 boxed sets, three blue (macross) two red (Southern Cross) and two green (Invid), you also had a big complete boxed set, which was the same but no speacial features, then came out the "remastered edition" which by all accounts was not that speacial and still did not have any of the speacial features, now how do the other versions stack up ?

I have the old "Complete Collections" (the three sets, one for Macross, one for Masters, and one for New Generation). I know a couple of people who have the remasters, but only got them for the bonus discs. I am actually thinking of getting the Protoculture Collection (that new 21 disc set) just so that I can have all of the bonus discs, but I don't know if it's worth having the complete series twice.
