New Super Psionic Powers!

Hi, I had a few ideas about Psionic Powers, especially Lesser Catagory Types that have a Super Version, like Telekinesis, and Bio-Regeneration.
My idea was to look at other Lesser Powers turned into Super Psionic Catagory Powers! I invite all to share ideas about this, and offer/critique versions, like this one: Telepathy(Super), or this one below:
Summon Inner Strength(Super):
Restriction:Must be at Least 3rd Level-See; Psi-Sword
Duration:1 Minute(4 Melees) per Level
ISP Cost:30
Save:None
Range:Self Only
Description: This is a Super Catagory version of the Physical Catagory Psionic Power: Summon Inner Strength. As a Super Catagory version it has a more Powerful effect. The Bonuses are:
1) Physical Strength becomes Supernatural
2) Physical Endurance becomes Supernatural; Turning PE (+1/ Level) into MDC and Ignoring Fatigue for the Duration.Note: BioRegeneration Psi Power Heals MDC gained as if Healing Hit Points.
3) Can Hold Breath for the entire Duration!
4) Adds 3.25 Feet/1.0 Meters per Level to High Jump and 6.5 Feet/2.0 Meters per Level to Long Jump for the Duration.
Edited to reduce Duration to 1 Minute/Level

Oh, come ON people. Where is that famed spirit of innovation? Where are the cool replies? The witty banter? Can it possibly be that
NO ONE has the creative spirit enough to try this mind-stretching(Pun-intended) debate? I find that very hard to believe! Even if your opinion of my idea is "That's Dumb!", I want to hear it! Really. Just post your reason(s) why. Doesn't anyone see the possibilities of improved-to-Super-Catagory Psi-Powers?!?! Come on, try it...It won't Melt your Mind(If you make your Save, anyway...).

Decent concept...but based on other such transformations (like the psyco stalkers) the duration should be 1 minute per level.

I liked it GB. Seeing your psionic prompted me to check my list of more than a hundred custom spells and I realized that, with all that creativity, I've never dabbled in psionics! I shall have to remedy that situation. (My players are going to rue the day I read this thread! Heeheehee.)

Why does this have to be Super Psionics? If you did a thread on simply new psionics, maybe we could put in a bunch of ones we have created like I did with the Invented Spells thread.

Supercharge is Summon Inner Strength

It would certainly seem so, though I would not rule this out as a variant on the other Super Psionic. There is nothing wrong with variety if it is up to par with the rest of the game.

Here's something I thought up long ago-Principles of Psionics; basically
the same as Principles of magic 'cept it works for psionics. have yet to work out the details, tho.

I wouldn't be a big fan of Principles of Psionics. I see psionics as operating more intuitively, so you're not going to need the same kind of research to develop a new power; you're just going to need to level up and have been thinking about it while you meditate.

Due to my study of both magic and psychic phenomena in real life, I will tell you how I see it.
Psionic powers are not so much learned as triggered. Different powers reflect different areas of the brain being turned on, also. There could be meditative ways of doing so, but hardly a "how to" course.
It can be argued that magic relies on a spark of magic being triggered in the caster as well, but that is only for the ability to access magic and would not determine spells known or a knowledge of magic, which is why a Principles of Magic works in that regard.

But then why have Psionic Guilds for this? See the way I think of it, not
only would you be able to Study Powers, but train & research them also.
That's where PoP would come from. Yes, I agree in Principle (Sad Pun)
w/ the idea that Psionics are intuitive/awakened but in Game terms, PoP
would come in useful. I mean, most of the Psionic classes in Psycape are
TRAINABLE! Why not actual powers?
Psyscape is really one big
training center for Psychics!
Woops.........This is why the change
from R.C.C to P.C.C./O.C.C. is so crucial. Esp. w/the Psi-Warriors!
on the off hand here lies the crux; 70%+1/lvl, Researching existing Psi-
Powers: IQ+ME+MA(I think its here-not my opinion-just writing off what
I Remember)+1/10PoP%+1/lvl. Variant-Same as MoP, &
Intuiting
NEW Psionics-ME+1/10PoP. The mods for this would look like -10%/
Minors, -50%/Majors, & -70% for significant Alternate Majors. Well fight
that one out. Also, think about variants-there are specific variants to
correlary powers from Rifts/PFRPG/Beyond The Supe/HU/Robotech/ect.
The mods for this would be between 40%-80% GM Decisition. I'll admit,
I'm not that creative, & I just do mostly correlary work, so...

Try this idea!
Telepathy(Super)
Prerequisite:Telepathy
Range:ME(Times Kilometers, + 1 KM per Level)
Duration:2 Minutes per Level
ISP Cost:20
This is the more classic Telepathy that allows two-way communication and is harder to resist(- 1 Save per 5 FULL Levels).
You may not initiate contact with anyone whom you have never met and/or do KNOW to be in the area, except to Psionically "Scream".
The Scream is a last ditch effort to call for help, and is telepathically "heard" by all living(and not Mind Blocked) Minds in the Range(as a Spherical Radius) as a 1-Word Scream(Choose the word at the time). Used this way it shorts-out the Power for 1D4 minutes.

I like it but the one word scream seems to be useless. Your one word being "help!" "NO!" etc. arn't sufficient to summon help. I'd make it a phrase of 10 words or less and double the burned-out period.

There's a rifter that has some extra Psionics-Actually there's a couple of
rifters that do. Above is the one I remember the most likely. Since I'm
at K-mart
