Fleshsculpter and Bionics

Can a human head that has had Living Hell - Permanent cast on it (NB: TtGD pg 70) be installed in a bionic body should the head be taken some where bionics are available?

Actually I had made up an 'immortal borg' npc using this spell

Immortal untill it takes a head shot I assume?
