I have only done the NA, Atlantis, and Africa in RIFTs, but I would love to play in Japan and Europe. I love the Western side of NA personally, and love Africa.

I think that Russia is probably the best overall setting in Rifts, particularly because it's so encapsulated.

There are a number of books coming that promise to expand our knowledge of Rifts Earth! I'm looking forward to all of them.

South America, for the simple reason of diversity.

Don't forget the other whales! They may not have the standard furriness, but they can be just as cute. :D

Central America!

:P

Seriously - it varies a bit, but the whole list is:

North America (Mexico, Merctown, and Arzno in particular)
Atlantis/Mindwerks (yes, I realize this is Germany, yes, the segregation is intentional)
Russia/Japan
Triax
Australia/Three Galaxies
Canada/South America
China
Africa
England
Wormwood

In places where I list more than one at a particular level, I have a hard time distinguishing which ranks higher with me.

Not only that, but they are mammals so they have to have some hair/furriness.

Both. If I had to pick one, it would be the first book.

1. Love Brom's artwork of the onster hunter which brings me to...

2. monster Hunter rocks!

3. The tale of Prof Cudbury. Incidently, I was a bit unhappy when a member asked if there would be further tales of Prof. Cudbury and Mr. Siembeda pretended that he never heard of Prof Cudbury. I would love to know what happened to him, you know?

4. More Atlanteans = good

5. I like the idea of the Columbians. I like that they are severly limited in their use of power armor and robots. I also like the idea of them being locked in perpetual war with a vampire nation.

6. Pirates...Arrr!!

Those are some good points for loving those two books. But as far as Prof. Cudbury is concerned, you could always submit an article for the Rifter about him. That way you could flesh him out in more depth.

There is a lot of potential for some campaigns in that area.
