Just wanted to know what type of NPCs or villians that you have created that are so powerfull that you use them as sceret bosses or such.

In RIFTS
a Lizard Mage Lifeforce wizard
a necromancer/fleshsculpter
a Great horned Dragon
a Priest of Utu
In HU
Epoc (temporal mage)
Prodigal (immortal)
Harbinger (Priest of Dark)
Malice (nightlord)
In PFRPG
Niamad (a very powerful wizard)
Corwin Lightbane (Master vampire)
Prince Yrrah (noble)
Warlord Ybrik (Orc Merc)
I have others but these are the ones that ended up being recurring characters

the one PC that's really the secret villain in the group.

One NPC I created that scares me (and I'm the one who created it); 'Skinner'
Diabolic "Flesh-Sculptor". He's so bent that even Necroph and mid level demons shudder at what he does
