I appreciate the input, but I asked why they should be NPCs, not "Why don't we post their stats?"
plus others have suggested what occ's/rcc's they should be.

Raiden/Raijin is a Japanese god of thunder and lightning. The Mortal Kombat character, Rayden/Raiden undoubtedly draws inspiration from both mythology and cinema.
