I've changed this a lot in my game, but I was wondering if anyone here uses the standard ISP regen rates for their Heroes game. I've tried that before but it I always thought that needing something along the lines of 5 hours of meditation, or 15 hours of sleep to recover from one use of your Psi-Sword was a bit extreme at best.

Svartalf- if Cherico were a character created in a point game system, he'd have all his scores in geeky skills and his youtube and weird net stuff schticks all paid through a a Terminal Bad Luck (with more nasty GM intervention) disadvantage, and probably an Uncouth (can not have social skills) disad as well...
