Always though it was only your P.P. no addition strike other then bonus to disarm.

I was just Looking at Heroes Unlimited and it says the same thing. The wording in HU2e is little different: as an attack, just roll your strike roll as normal, which should let me add in my PP bonus + any bonuses for the actual maneuver, in this case +4 to disarm.

that's how I got +6 total:

+1 for OCC bonus
+1 for PP
+2 for Disarm via OCC bonus
+2 for WP Whip to disarm
________

+6 total

it seems weird that just because I'm doing a Disarm, my character's PP doesn't count anymore
. so that's why as I'd add in any To Strike bonuses, since it is an attack.

"Yeah you can attack but now your not any better at it than a guy with a 12 PP" ?

It should be the bonuses to disarm (via OCC, HtH, WP, or whatever), + PP bonus.

But the bonus normally does apply in HtH rolls.

My interpretation of the rule would be:

Counts as a HTH strike, but it's a disarm action, so disarm bonus applies instead of strike bonus:

HTH bonus (+2) +PP bonus (+1) +WP bonus (+2) +Disarm OCC bonus (+2) = +7. That's that.

I think you should get just the P.P. bonus and any other Disarm bonus. Disarming should be harder then just hitting someone with a sword.

Though I believe it is just any disarm bonus if you are going to use the rules has they are said in the books.
