I dont think there is a write up for the Bio-Wizard OCC. If there is one, I'd check Splynn Dimensional Market. My copy is loaned out. Otherwise, its up to the indibidual GM.
PB made the Bio_Wizary class unavalible to PC becasue they knew it would be abused.
Also bio-wiz needs a sizable chunk of 'machinary' that can't be carted around everywhere. So the class is unsuited for adventuring.
