Sorry, don't anything about the Nightbane ones, however if its the Middle East netbook done by Darklord from the forums here that got taken down a while back, as Palladium may have some interest in it.
You may want to try our Shifter's Guide at Nexus Nine though, we went through and organized a lot of the Palladium websites in one easy to keep page. We all had a lot of links, and there was a few that were no longer up, but I think we got the majority of them.
