Mutants Down Under

Something that floated across my brain while reading Splicers:

Anyone else remember the Anti-Metal Virus from Mutants Down Under?
-overproduced by Martin Hannett

When I see someone "fisking" these days my first inclination is to think "That person doesn't have much to say, and says it in volume." -John Scalzi
Happiness is a long block list.
If you don't want to be vilified, don't act like a villain.
The Megaverse runs on vibes.

Vaguely. I'll have to look it up. I know I have the book somewhere at home.
"Your Grace," she said, "I have only one question. Do you wish this man crippled or dead?"

"My Lady," the protector of Grayson told his Champion, "I do not wish him to leave this chamber alive."

"As you will it, your Grace."

The big difference is that it is not permanently in the air as in Splicers. The AMV are in forms of weapons used by the nation of Jakartan. Machines still operate and they are highly prized.

Looking through my TMNT, the After the Bomb says it is book one. What was book two? I know I'm missing the Yucatan book. Would that be book 2?

ATB was book 1
Book 2 was Road Hogs
Book 3 was, IIRC, Mutants Down Under
Book 4 was Mutants in the Yucatan (or MDU)
Book 5 was Mutants in Avalon
-overproduced by Martin Hannett

Thanks!

The other supplements aren't numbered except Mutants in Avalon so I was worried that I may be missing more than the Yucatan supp.

While looking through my Mutants Down Under, it had dual stats. I didn't realize that there was a revised edition of TMNT until now.

Still you could have a parallel development in the Splicers Universe of the Anti Metal Virus. There is nothing saying that it couldn't be done in a different setting.
"Your Grace," she said, "I have only one question. Do you wish this man crippled or dead?"

"My Lady," the protector of Grayson told his Champion, "I do not wish him to leave this chamber alive."

"As you will it, your Grace."
