First time I read this Thread....and while skimming the Thread Title I thought it said "poo..."

The "tattooed men must touch the tattoo" rule really breaks down when you come to the Sunaj assassins, who are supposed to always wear all-covering armour so complete that no one knows what they look like underneath. Unless you assume that all Sunaj are over level 8 or whatever the cut-off is, it just doesn't work very nicely.

Most of the pictures have them with very little cloths and I believe the sunji Assassin says it can activate its though body armor at high level. Plus doesn't the invunerable tatto say the Undead slayers hand can pass though the armor.

Keep for getting to check this, but doesn't the RIFTS Book of Magic define touch has a distance under 5ft.

How about a tattoo on the outside upper lip, left and right outside cheek close to mouth and outside lower lip. You can then touch each with your tongue. Problen solved..............................
