Ya know, the kind of fantasy gateways that "lead to another place' when activated.

This one activates them.

What's this, you say, there are no such published things in palladium?

Actually, if you read the stuff about rifts themselves, you'll notice that some stay 'there' but don't actually go anywhere for periods of time, or can switch to other worlds occaisionally. i imagine this spell would work on them as well.
