The various world books (well, some of them anyway) have maps of the key ley lines in their regions.

In point of fact, ley lines aren't permanent terrain features, though they sometimes run along such features. In Rifts, major ley lines typically radiate in straight lines from a central nexus, like spokes in a wheel.
