That a Japanese Manga.

I use the Hidden village,in my game 45,years 12(6men,6women) Ninja,go to the US and set them sevels up to a town,each wen on to have a Family/Clan,they made a secret Assassins school,without the Race limit ther was in Japan.

They hire out the ones who become Genin as mercanaries.

what do you think?

I would have to watch more than the two episodes I've seen to really comment.
Naruto really didn't appeal to me as inspirational source material (on the other hand, I have always been intrigued with Fist of the North Star, Ninja Scroll, Battle Royal High School, and 3X3 Eyes).

if you want good ninja material try stephan k hayes stuff from rl, the spitit if ninjistu,very good reading

I do have several of Stephen K Hayes' books on the topic of Ninjitsu.
They've made for some interesting reading, to be sure.
