I would keep the budget the same, except for certain races.

The Aerri (human like aliens), would have about a 10-25% budget increase. The Atorians would have approx 50% budget increase.

Of course that is all my opinion. I believe the Aliens Unlimited: Galaxy Guide book has more info on this.

The Atorian Empire Manuscript has information on them and stuff related to them, but I can not divulge that info.

Hey, I didnt say I have it right now. I didnt mention that it is sitting on my desk, next to my HU2 books. I didnt say how kick arse this material is. I didnt say "nananananana, I got it and you dont"! :D

Ya When is that Guide to Atorian Space due out? You could use the Robot Creation Rules from Rifts sourcebook 1 Revised Edition for a budget don't know if it's any different?

Fromwhat I understand, the robotics in GG are priced assuming advanced tech and they would cost twice the prices listed in the GG if sold on Earth.
