Host Armor Pilots, How Do They Eat?

Unread post by LostOne »

I don't really remember this being covered in the book at all.
Can they eat while wearing their host armor, or do they have to pop partway out to eat? Or does the host armor feed them somehow?

As long as they wear the host armor they in all purpose are one being, so the armor do feed them, at best as it could. Eventually , if the armor is not parasitic or omnivore, they will need to add some vitamins and proteins to the diet, though

Well being the armor has a symbiotic relationship with the person wearing it. I'd think that if the armor feeds it would also feed the person wearing it.

"My Lady," the protector of Grayson told his Champion, "I do not wish him to leave this chamber alive."

"As you will it, your Grace."

So then how does it work for the Parasitic armor? You can't eat yourself, you'll starve to death eventually.

You gorge on food to build up extra mass, the suit eats you and provides you with in the field nourishment.

In effect you become the metabolism of the armor.

And you'd have to stock up before and after any missions. Although for long terms missions you might have to have a resupply.
