Time Freeze vs Artificial Gravity

Ok, so what happens when someone creates a bubble outside/freezes time (say, an Apprentice Time Lord) on a space station or ship that uses centrifugal/centripetal force to simulate gravity?

If it's spinning, then it has precicely no effect whatsover. That's not artifical gravity, that's stimulating the effects. it makes you comftable, but has no real impact on time.

Actually, rotational simulated gravity has time dilation effects, just like good old real gravity or linear acceleration.

That said, I agree with Nekira. It's movie-physics, but it keeps things sane... it isn't any different than using a time-stop effect on a rotating, Sun-orbiting planet, who's Sun orbits a galaxy, which orbits a galaxy cluster... auugh!

even if it did, it wouldn't matter

Anything less than 99.9997% light speed has so little effect you won't need to reset your watch for a week.

i don't think you understand what i'm asking:

You're standing on the "floor" of a spinning space station, Freedom Station for example, and you cast your Temporal Freeze spell which freezes all time except a 30' radius (or whatever). The station isn't spinning anymore (in relation to you....

You know what, i think i figured it out. The station isn't spinning only because time=0; everything you do during the temporal freeze really happens instantly, so all the forces acting on you when you froze time should still be effective.

Thanks for forcing me to explain things to the point that they're completely obvious. :D
