I have a player who wants to have a hero with Sonic Speed and Ex. PP... No problems with me, but I wanted some clarification on the Auto Dodge. Does he only get one auto dodge per melle round, or can he make as many auto dodge attempts as he likes.
Second: Does the PP bonus apply to the Auto Dodge?

You can auto-dodge each time you are attacked.

Usually I add my PP to my AD bonuses, but that is combining the PP bonuses with H2H bonuses. However, with a hero power like sonic speed I wouldn't add them together because the power pre-emits the PP bonuse.
But that is looking at the question as a GM or a realistic player.
As a munchkin, ADD them together you need as much bonuses as you can get.
