How are you e-mailing them? Replying to the confirmation e-mail? A lot of companies don't read that account.
When I subbed to Rifter recently (got my free copy of Splicers) I used the contact them through the website and got a response within hours.

Well you might try using the link I posted since I got a quick response there. Mention the other e-mail, any ticket number or anything like that they gave you, etc.
