have any one think of mixing N&SS with Alien Unlimited?

here is my idea,Earth is in a Neutral space between two 2 star nations who are currently in a cold war,both of them are prevent by interstellar laws to interfear with the People of the plante.

Both have spies on earth,some think if they help a nation state become dominating the others they can be invete in neutral space, and get access to ther enemies.

Allow only the aliens to have powers,humans will only have the normal O.C.C,s of N&SS.

Here is a New Gov and ther spys are race tring to fine a alien sapceship that have crash-landed some where.

Using Aliens is not only for Superhero games.

I see nothing wrong with alien martial artists...might want to tweak some of the cultural skills and references, however, to reflect alien cultures(like substitute Ikebana for 'Jelly-Flower Grooming', or calligraphy for nza-stone engraving)...
