In your opinion, would having a magically charged e-clip affect the way the weapon functions in any way?

So these are batteries that produce electrical energy, not batteries that store PPE.

I have seen a few characters capable of recharging batteries, but they asre fairly rare while characters capable of using TW items are pretty common. It seems a valid idea.

Gotta love it...and sure to have 'true mages' foaming at the mouth with the 'industrialization' and 'commercialization' of their sacred magic...at least in public and until they need PPE in an emergency...
