Some.

Can physical magics affect vampires like blind, speed of snail?


Blind has 1/2 duration.
Speed of the Snail has full effect.

Can magic like an energy bolt hurt a vampire?


MD spell magic inflicts 1/2 damage as HP damage.
SDC spell damage does not affect vampires.

Were-wolves and other monsters have different invulnerabilities and was wondering if GM classify Psi-swords, Psi-axe as part of magic?


Psi-Swords are not magic, but they can hurt pretty much anything.

Please give some explanation for you answers.

what about chi attacks from n&SS
I remember days like this when my father took me to the forest and we ate wild blueberries. More than 20 years ago. I was just a boy of four or five. The leaves were so dark and green then. The grass smelled sweet with the spring wind...For us, there is no spring. Just the wind that smells fresh before the storm.

I have a vague recollection that positive energy Chi hurts vampires, but I can't say where I remember reading that, or even if it was official.
