Yes: Magical & Supernatural capacity Beings SN PS & MDC resistances are allowed in Splicers because of some anomily, ala Dimension book. Pertains to supers as well

No: No to all of the above. The tech of Splicers (Like in Manhunter) has reach a point where it does SN damage, and this is what the book ment. Magic & SN beings become fully sdc in all aspects! This applys to Supers as well.

You guys know where I stand on this. The logic of some dimensions don't support MD and others do is stupid. The analogy for MD that is always used is you can fire a gun at a tank a milion times and not hurt it. Are we to believe that now you take a tank into PF fantasy you can take it apart with your bare hands.

Super powers I don't really have a opinion on since I don't enjoy those sort of games. They are too corny for my taste. Hoever I'd lean towards using Heros Unlimited SDC rules if I had a option.
I remember days like this when my father took me to the forest and we ate wild blueberries. More than 20 years ago. I was just a boy of four or five. The leaves were so dark and green then. The grass smelled sweet with the spring wind...For us, there is no spring. Just the wind that smells fresh before the storm.
