Never done just one skill. Usually do a series of skills. You might want to choose one skill from each character that the other characters don't have or are really bad at, that way everyone has a part to play in the adventure. You might want to see what skills everyone has and try to come up with some combination of challenges that way. Could lead to something interesting.
