Hey all,
In Worldbook:21 Splynn Dimensional Market there is a shop that can give supernatural creatures with minor regeneration abilities Tattoos as decoration.
My question is that would the Fleshsculping spell of Summon Tattoo work on greater Supernatural creatures or beings of Magic if they wanted a perminant tattoo. The spell has no save and Fleshsculpting spells are as far as I can tell Immune to regeneration.

Because its a magical tattoo, I see no problem with it being applied permanently to a char with regenerative abilities. This is subject to the presumption said creature/person wants the tattoo. However, I'm not saying that if that part of the creature/person gets chopped off, that the tattoo will still be there afterwards.
But I will say that it would not count as one of the magic tattoos found in the Atlantis books.

I realize that, as I said the tattoo shop specializes in giving tattoos to supernatural creatures that regenerate. It also states that some creatures have such a rate of regeneration that they simply cannot get tattoos. I have a character that regenerates 1D6X10 damage a round. I am assumeing that they are the sort of character that simply regects most normal tattoo creation prossesses.

being as that the Regneration is that high it sounds as if that might be one of the instances where it just can't get the tatt.

You mean can't get a tattoo through normal means as the flesh heals way too fast. the spell that Fleshsculpters use is instantainious and has no saveing throw. so when the spell is cas the Fleshsculpter imagines the tattoo and then bang it's on the recipiant. But yeah it's just about impossible to put a tattoo on anything that on average goes from beaten into a near death coma to full health in less than five minutes.
