Its on page 72 of the main book, if you have it. Enhanced senses, built air and radiation purifiers, gills, etc.
Fairy tales begin with "Once upon a time". Southern fairy tales begin with "Y'all ain't gonna believe this s**t!!"

If Keanu Reeves had played Thulsa Doom, he would have told Conan to contemplate on the Tree of Whoa..

I don't see anything in Living Armor regarding gills, but this is Splicers. Have the Engineer add some gills.

As for the Wingpacks, their max altitude is 15,000ft. In real life, most pilots can continue to operate at this altitude without extra oxygen, though effeciency is reduced. Between 10,000 to 18,000 Ft, the field of vision narrow's, so the armed forces require all flyers to breathe extra oxygen above 10,000 ft. in daylight (above 5,000 in darkness).

After 15 minutes to an hour at approximately 18,000 ft., nearly all (unless acclimatized like Alpinists) lose consciousness. But before a man does so, he may have strange delusions. Classic example: a reconnaissance pilot in the western Pacific in World War II refused to bother with oxygen and thought he was taking magnificently daring pictures of enemy positions. It turned out that instead he had urinated into his camera. To quote General Armstrong : "A man is not himself when he is suffering from oxygen lack, even when he believes he is."

I would imagine the Wing Pack would be outfitted with some kind of organic radiation filter/absorber, coupled with enhanced pulminary tissues to extract more oxygen from a thinner atmosphere.
