i have done this many times, sometimes without the dice and just went with pure Freeform. it was much fun.

My group and I are currently in the Process of purchasing a laptop, adobe Photoshop, a projected, head sets, and a few web cams

~Long story short~
~Gm uses the laptop to project maps, pictures, ect. as well as the webcam photos of the long distance players, and their audio on speaker.
~While also streaming the long distance players the same maps, pics, speaker audio, ect.

still working out the kinks of course.
