Looks more like something you'd find in Rifts, but I've toyed with the idea of mutant abominations in games before and this would probably fit into a category like that or some weird purebred chimera made for a movie that has survived in the wilderness. Definitely not a playable creature. As far as posting stating the creature; that would go against the IP clause on the board. (Same reason you can't stat characters and aliens from movies and other games)

You know, I could use the pic as a source of the creature, like the pics that your using for your creatures like the Snoag.

You just HAD to use one of my things as your example, didn't you Rathorc???
You've got a point. Though the way I justified those were that they were very generic in the way of chimera and there are countless examples of them across the web. But I suppose that if the animal template for this were to merely have a passing resemblance... I'll throw one together and post it, but any similarity will only be inspirational.
