This is why I don't treat the Rifter as semi-offical or even remotely offical, except were otherwise noted. Someone wants to use something from it I screen it carefully and if I even moderately don't like it either they fix it or it's disallowed.

To date, the only things I have allowed from Rifters are things I, myself, have written.

Anything found in the rifters is officially optional.

In' other words, it dose not have the 'home-brew' label, but isn't cannon.

I have seen some absolute crap make it into the Rifters. Not just "I don't particularly like that" but "What the holy living **** was the writer smoking when they came up with that ****?"
