Re: RIFTS Magic and other games
There are some spells in the Library of Bletherad and Through the Glass Darkly that aren't in Rifts.
Zerebus: "I like MDC. MDC is a hundred times better than SDC."
kiralon: "...the best way to kill an old one is to crash a moon into it."
Temporal Wizard O.C.C. update 0.8 | Rifts random encounters
New Fire magic | New Temporal magic
Grim Gulf, the Nightlands version of Century Station
Let Chaos Magic flow in your campaigns.

Re: RIFTS Magic and other games
All the common magic made it into rifts.
however, the uncommon spells (common invocation format) are all over the place
through the glass darkly (three classes of specialty magic and common format invocations)
Library of beltharia ( three types of specialty magics converted to common invocation format)
between the shadows (astral and dream stream related magics, very rare)
Mysteries of magic (bug kevin)
beyond arcanum (bug kevin)
NS main (some setting specific common invocation format spells)
a couple in High Seas
Galaxy Guide
AU (1st ed) (space related spell in spells per day format)
yin-sloth (1st ed) ( rare spell in spells per day format, official conversions in one of the teen rifters)
about dozen different rifters (space, spacial, denomer, war, bardic, blade, card(gambling), card(summoning/TW-ish), shifter (rare), humor/clowning, humor/clowning 2nd set of, blade lore (info about rune weapon spells, common invocation format, super rare), .... I think thats all of them)

Not quite, X-Ray Vision from Palladium Fantasy was never included in any of the Rifts books.
At least as far as I know (can't find my BoM at the moment so I may be mistaken).

Nether did witch bottle ether.
Wink-out became a Temp-spell.
(I couldn't find the x-ray vision spell in the RBoM ether.)
Therefor they must be considered uncommon spells.

Steve
The 3 that stand out to me are the 3 enchanted weapon spells from 'Bane. There was a heavily neutered (and PPE costly) version in Rifts, but the'Bane spells are so much better.
I ignore the one in the RBoM. it's just lame.
