RECON Alignments in the Megaverse?

Has anyone used the RECON alignments in the other settings of the Megaverse?
Do they "mix well"? I am thinking, especially for Heroes Unlimited, that some the Alignments in RECON would better suit heroes/villains than the standard ones in that book.
Any thoughts? Especially useful would be how certain "alignment based" powers would work with RECON alignments (like those in N&SS).
