I only ever used it a spell chain in techno-wizard device in some of my more crazy devices.

Example one was a reality flux and warp-space so it all M.D.C. attacks would be turned to S.D.C. and I would put them on warmongers(spelling) for 4000 M.D.C. for petty cheap.

I also never use it because I don't like to have N.P.C. being able to control spells that players could not. It just seems wrong.
