Can someone please explain to me why the ONLY equipment a highly skilled, advanced technological ninja-martial artist with no less than 3 WP's...is a suit of special armor?

They don't get ANYTHING else whatsoever. no food, no weapons, no ammo, no clohting, no disguises, NOTHING. just 65 MDC armor.

And what equipment do you THINK they should have?

I'm not saying give them all the best uber tech gear. but they live and work in a highly futuristic, modern soceity, mainly working for large corporations. Certain small, handy devices would probablly be unavoidable, let alone highly useful without comprimising their training.
