Warehouse improvements

The rest of our shelves finally arrived this week after much confusion and trouble from the supplier. Julius and Jeff have continued to rearrange and organize the warehouse. Looking good.

Garage/Estate Sale this weekend

I had been planning to have a large Garage/Estate Sale for months, but we've been so darn busy. Anyway, I realized if I didn't host it NOW, we’d have to wait till next year. I’m selling a bunch of my father’s belongings as well as clothing and articles of Kathy’s, and hundreds and hundreds of my father’s and my own toy collection. Mostly Star Wars toys. It has been held at the Palladium warehouse the last two days and ends tomorrow – Saturday, September 14 – at 5 PM. If we have a lot of stuff left over, we might do it again next Spring. The late time of year, storms and threatening weather have kept attendance light. Furniture was inexpensive and sold fast. A surprising amount of clothing (at a buck per item) sold too. Still have plenty of knickknacks and toys.

It has been a solid week in which we are making progress on all fronts to get product finished and in your hands.

UPDATE: Rifts^® Northern Gun^™ One

For every good day I had, it would be followed by a day in which I either struggled with writing or I was writing as slow as a snail for Rifts® Northern Gun™ One. Whatever barrier I was fighting against, it is gone now, and I have been writing up a storm both yesterday and today. At last. Not only is writing coming swiftly and smoothly now, but the ideas are epic. This book is so darn good. Back on track and moving quickly now. Meanwhile, Wayne and Alex are editing away. Jeff, who has been handling various matters to give Wayne and me time to edit and write, was slowed down by a post-convention virus. He is finally feeling much better and back up to full speed.
