It is the Independence Day holiday weekend so I’m going to keep this Update very brief and touch on only a few immediate subjects. Besides, those of you in the USA will be on the beach or making your Christmas in July wish list orders this weekend. Be safe and have fun. And a shout out to our Canadian friends who celebrated Canada Day yesterday.

I’m afraid that Chuck Walton, Wayne, Alex and I will be working throughout the weekend (wahhh), because we are in full-tilt, wrap-up mode for Robotech®: The Expeditionary Force Marines™, and this book is going to knock your socks off. More on it in a bit.

Christmas in July (and Flash Sales are coming) to celebrate two landmark anniversaries – Rifts^® and Robotech^®

It is the 25th Anniversary of Rifts® and the 30th Anniversary of Robotech®. And to celebrate, Palladium is planning to offer you a number of “Flash Sales” over the next couple of months with products at special prices or special products available for a limited time! And we mean limited. A Flash Sale might be for just ONE DAY or one weekend. They will be sales like the Palladium Gold Rush or Zentraedi Invasion Day, or Robotech® Earth Defenders’ Day, or the $6 T-shirts Weekend (select shirts available on the cheap for a weekend). Others might last an entire week or 10 days, like the Christmas in July Surprise Package offer that starts TODAY!

Yep, this is similar to the Palladium Christmas Surprise Package/Grab Bag offer except it’s running for only two weekends – from June 25 to July 6; roughly 11 days. Orders will start to ship after July 1.

We’ve done Christmas in July three or four times in the past, and a number of people have been asking us to do it again this year, so we decided we would make it part of the 2015 Rifts® and Robotech® anniversary celebrations. Although since we’re so busy with Gen Con prep and getting new releases to the printer, these Grab Bags will be WITHOUT AUTOGRAPHS (unless you send us a convincing request for them in the comment section).
